​Kathryn was lucky enough to be selected for USITT's SMMP for Seattle 2024. After a competitive interview process, she was selected with 11 other mentees to come to the conference, ASM two events at the conference, and be mentored by current active stage managers. She ASM'd on the first event 'First Timers' and the biggest event, 'Awards, Awards, Awards.' This week in Seattle changed Kathryn's life for the better and has brought friends and connections that will stick with her for the rest of her life.
